Here is the agenda for tonight. Let me know if their is any amendments that
you would like to make, but otherwise we will see you all tonight.
I believe that alphebetically, Faith Medows would be next in line for a
snack since JJ was the last person if I recall correctly? I am uncertain
though as to whether or not she will be there, so Leanne and I will plan on
bringing the snack for tonight.

Our spring Board meeting will be Saturday May 9 from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Topics will include
National Convention planning, Braille Literacy, Camp T and there will be
an auction.
Gerri Taeckens and Brunhilde Merck-Adam will talk about upcoming efforts
involving
Braille.
We will have an official tour of the Convention facilities on Friday
afternoon. The
exact time is not yet known. Pleas attend the tour to help yourself be a
great host
to our 3,176 guests this summer. More info will come out, soon.
We have a block of rooms For Friday evening the 8th at the Marriott. We
will have
convention rates of $62 plus tax. The contact information is:

Here is the phone and code for making reservations for the Board
meeting. I just got them today. It looks like the only time they can
give us an official tour is Friday afternoon. I will Schedule it as
late as possible and let everyone know. I encourage you all to plan to
come in for that, if possible. I will do an agenda, soon. Gerri
Taekens and Brunhilde will both be there on Saturdayy to talk about
Braille. Please get as many people there as possible.
