[Nfb-kzoo] Library Project Update

Hey NFB Group,
Here is an update on the Library project.  Right at this moment the Library is purchasing Zoomtext. The next step is JAWS, then after that will be the mobile technology.  The time frame is still a little vague, but there looking at somewhere around a few months to have the stuff in place.  After that we will need to help them in training their employees on the technology.
