[Nfb-kzoo] Feb 17th chapter meeting

We will be trying a new downtown location for our February 17th
chapter meeting. As always dinner will be at 5:30pm for those that
want to eat before the meeting followed by the business meeting at
6:30pm.

located on the East side of the mall between Michigan and South Street
They are located closer to the corner of Kalamazoo Mall and South Street
They have outdoor seating in the front that is surrounded by an iron railing
