Thank you so very much. I would so appreciate being added to any mailings
you put forth as the same relates to Lionism and to mp3 recordings or
accessible electronic formats for information. I like so many others do not
use cassettes. I use and hope to be able to find one of those accessible I
pods. Hope to make your acquaintance one day soon.

Sounds like you are on your way.
The NFB-Lions holds an informal meeting during the week of the NFB National
convention. The 2010 convention will be held in Dallas Texas. Dates can be
found on the NFB website.
The Lions Magazine is recorded by Books Aloud in San Jose, CA and can be
ordered directly from them. I have begun doing it in MP3 for those who no
longer own a cassette machine which is going by its way side.
The Co-Chair of the NFB --Lions is a longtime member of the National
Federation of the Blind--Ramona Wolhoff and she is in the state of Idaho.
If either of us can be of any assistance to you, please don't hesitate to
contact one of us through this list.

Hello Milton,
My name is Albert Rizzi and I just became a lion here on long island. I am
so happy to have learned that there is a thread of this nature within the
nfb. I am hoping to start a Leos club where I live and would welcome your
thoughts and input. I will also be speaking at my clubs 13th annual event a
flyer for which I have attached for your consideration and posting. I was
so very appreciative of my club presidents efforts in getting me information
in Braille an cd, and to find this added accessible information makes me
feel even better. Thanks so very much.
Yours in Lionism, Albert

Hello NFB Lions Listers:
About two weeks ago I sent out a message announcing the availability of the
Lions Magazine in MP3 which can be downloaded from the following :
http://hawaii.nfb.org
By using the "Lions" link at the very bottom of the page.
I will be removing the file and link on Wednesday, October 21.
this will be your last chance to get this issue.
