[Nfb-lions] I am wondering if anyone is listening, NAGDU is having a strong conversation about Lions

No, Cheryl, I am not on Nagdu. Go ahead and forward a couple of
messages if you think we need to give them some attention. However, about
all I can do is say that every district and every Lions Club needs to be
educated separately. The only dog school that I know Lions really support
is Leader Dog. I don't know why they would have opinions about others. You
know that everybody thinks what is theirs is the best, even if they really
have no data or even know better. We could share this little poem: Always
keep this fact in mind; The old Cow's tail hangs down behind; Although it's
muddy and full of burs, The old cow loves it because it's hers. Or we could
substitute dog for cow. It might even apply to Lions. It certainly applies
to cities with resident ball teams. I don't want to get on anymore lists,
but I am willing to take suggestions if something really needs to be
addressed.
Ramona
