Cheryl,

If possible, try to bring copies of these pictures to the convention. If not, we'll work something out.

See you in  a few days.

Al

I like the idea. My husband actually takes pictures of our involvement in the Lions activities.
I have pictures of us at our Brentwood High School Scholarship Night and also one of us at our Lens Crafters here as well. We gave over 700 pairs of glasses that were donated.  Plus we marched in the St. Patrick's Day Parade here in Brentwood as well.
I will try to make to the meeting, but if not try and come to the Travel & Tourism Meeting on July 2, 2013 registration starts at 1pm the meeting starts promptly at 1:30pm, and we ask all those that are attending to please register, first and last name, e-mail and phone number. If you would like to join the division it is $10 a year
And one of the speakers are giving a prize away to one of the 1st 50 people that register.

The video is about 10 minutes long, runs on a laptop or DVD player. It's a great way to get the message across to a group without having to stand up in front of the group and talk. A five minute or so follow up question session makes for a pretty powerful presentation.

Another key component is to record sound bites from as many as possible, describing their involvement in their clubs. These sound bites will provide the true message of the video. If we can collect enough pictures, we should be able to put together a video that everyone can take home with them.
