Military Family Coupon Program  They take expired manufacturer coupons clipped out and sorted into the categories of pet food, human food, personal care items and household items up to six months expired.  I ship the coupons out that have expired no more than three months as it takes a month to travel to the outlying bases.  Lists of the bases can be found on www.ocpnet.org to adopt a military base.  The Overseas Coupon Program currently serves bases in the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Belgium, Italy, Turkey and Spain.  For mailing I use the priority mailing padded envelops and stuff as full as I can.
