[NFB-Maryland] Clarification of Time - NFBMD Crab Feast - August 17, 2019

Please note the start and end times for this year's crab feast are different
from previous years.  The Crab Feast will begin at 6:00PM and end at
10:00PM.  Please make transportation plans accordingly.
