This is a link to a public Google calendar for the upcoming national
convention.

You can access and subscribe to this calendar from within apps if you want
to see the whole convention agenda or not add individual events.

Subject: Convention First-timers Telephone Conference

Hi all,

My name is Judy Rasmussen. I am a member of the National Federation of the
Blind of Maryland. I understand you are planning to attend the convention
in Las Vegas, and that this will be your first time . Let me say first of
all, that it is a wonderful experience, and one you will never forget.

The hotel is big, there are many activities happening at the same time,
and you will probably feel overwhelmed in the beginning. Our president,
Ronza Othman, has asked all experienced convention goers to give you some
pointers to ensure that you have fun, meet many people, and most important
of all, attend convention meetings.
She has asked me to lead the ambassador team from Maryland.  

On Thursday evening, June 27,  at 8:00 p.m. we are inviting you to
participate in a conference call to discuss some things you will find
helpful to know when you arrive at the convention. The conference call
number is 1-605-313-4818. The access code number is 720125 and the pound
sign. If you have any questions, my home number is 301-946-8345. My cell
phone number is 240-380-8663. I don't have your telephone numbers, which
is why I am sending you this e-mail. I look forward to talking with you on
Thursday. If you are unable to make the call but still have questions,
