[NFB-Maryland] More Sad News

Hi Everyone,

I'm sorry to have to share that Bob Rhodes passed away from heart failure on
August 25, 2019.  Bob and his wife Mary were original Greater Carroll County
Chapter members when it stood up and have remained active.  Our thoughts and
prayers go out to Mary, the Rhodes family, and the Greater Carroll County
Chapter on this very sad loss.
