Friends,

I am sorry to share that there has been an outbreak of COVID-19 at the
Carroll Lutherin Village Retirement Community, the location where our
Greater Carroll County Chapter holds its meetings and where many of our
chapter members live. Please keep the Carroll County chapter members in
your thoughts and prayers. To my knowledge, none of our members have been
showing symptoms or diagnosed with the virus. Our chapter has not convened
in person since February 8, 2020, and thus we are not worried that people
may have been exposed or contracted the virus at the chapter meeting because
any symptoms would have long-ago become apparent. I'll share more
infornation as it becomes available.

Regards,

Ronza

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland knows that blindness is not
the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
