[NFB-Maryland] Baltimore Ravens Question

Hello:

I'm going to my first Raven's game tomorrow night.  The Ravens claim to have
assistive listening devices to get the radio and pa feed live.  I'm
wondering if anyone has used these and whether they are usually available
and charged up?  I would just take my own radio but am concerned that there
will be a delay.
