Students between the ages of 14 and 21 come together to enjoy monthly sessions during the school year, participating in workshops designed to make them more competitive in the job market and successful in their next step of life, whatever that may be. Students then engage in work-based learning opportunity, which may include paid or unpaid internship during the summer months. This program promotes positive blindness philosophy, while providing fun and engaging activities for high school and college students. Our program relies on a staff of approximately ten individuals, including a Program Coordinator, Marketing and Logistics Coordinator and a group of mentors. During each academic year, monthly sessions are organized between in-person, virtual, and weekend-long programming.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal
