Here are the links. Your email system probably thinks they're email addresses the way they're written originally, but formatting links to profiles works this way.

https://nfb.social/@nationsblind
https://nfb.social/@news
https://nfb.social/@president

 

As for following them from your own instance, you'll want to perform a search on your instance or in your app for @NationsBlind at nfb.social for example. This is complicated, but always works.

When sharing links to profiles outside of Mastodon, you put https://, then the domain name, then a slash and an at sign followed by the username. When inside Mastodon you would put in username at domain name like an email address.
