I've been using the official native web interface for Mastodon, and I discovered it's even better if you turn on the advanced mode. You get a column for each feed, so it's so easy to jump between feeds and run up and down the toots for each feed. I highly recommend it, and for me, I prefer it over Tweesecake.
I also just discovered Semaphore, which is another web interface for Mastodon. It's very similar to the native web application, but it does have a few differences. I see the pros and cons of each, and I haven't determined if I prefer one over the other. BTW, Semaphore is the successor to Pinafore, which was my preferred PC client before I took a bit of sabbatical from social media. You can bring it up by going to Home · Semaphore<https://semaphore.social/> and logging in to your Mastodon instance.
For both of these clients, you'll want to turn off your screen reader's virtual cursor and use the hot keys. With Edge in Windows, you can also turn them into applications and get rid of the Edge trappings. This also allows you to treat them as applications so you can do things like place them on your taskbar.
