[NFB-Mastodon] Getting Started with Mastodon

Good day.

1. As for signing up to mastodon
   You first need to decide which instance you wish to join.D
   Go to that instances website and sign up

2. Is mastodon best used by computer or phone
   It can be used on either platform, windows, mac, IPhone or android. I have it on my mac, android and IPhone.

3. As for clients
   There are loads of clients out there for mastodon. Some are tweesecake for windows and mac, metatext which is for the IPhone, mona which is for apple products, tuski which is for the android and semaphore which is the only accessible web client I believe. There are plenty more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.
