[NFB-Mastodon] Getting Started with Mastodon

That's one reason I miss twitter now as well. It's how I've connected with a lot of authors when I've done book reviews for them. I hate twitter got pretty much destroyed and wish there was another way to get authors to come over to mastodon, but so far, no luck from what I could tell.
