Hello, the only contact I can think of is from the world blind union, which Egypt is a member state in. I myself, do not speak Arabic either.

Egypt is part of the African, north African member states. We do have Arabic speaking members on list, perhaps they can make suggestions.
There is not much cane travel in Egypt, the laws  there are not conducive for anyone to safely travel independently. And your stigmatized and your family is frowned upon because they take their disabled child or family out in public places.  It is quite prehistoric the disability laws over there. If you do travel out, it is with your family member that takes you. My friend lived in Cairo for a year. She was completely blind and did not travel anywhere by herself, only with the family who did not allow her to take her cane, she did side to guide or their version of it. And it is considered rude to ask the family about the disability that a member has. So most likely, the differently abled person will only talk with the family members while out in public. Others may have a better different experience. Also, my friend is female perhaps, a male may have a different experience.

i don't speak Arabic  but I am trying to assist someone from Egypt  to get help with white cane travel   and screen readers. Would anyone be willing to help me run an Arabic language web search to help my friend?  This is unusual  I know.  But success depends on having the right tools...
