[NFB-Muslims] Scientific calculators, any suggestions?

السلام عليكم brothers and sisters.

As many of you know, I am a Palestinian-American Muslim who still 
maintains contacts with other blind and visually impaired Palestinians 
in Palestine and the diaspora. One of my contacts is the disability 
support coordinator for Northern Israel. One of the students she is 
trying to help is a young blind Palestinian college student who is 
trying to major in computer science. This student needs a scientific 
calculator to use during exams, because she is not allowed to use her 
phone during tests.

We did a google search and we found the prices of scientific calculators 
ranging between 600 and 700 US dollars. This price is prohibitive.

Do you know of any place that sells scientific calculators at a 
reasonable price? If you do, please contact me either privately or on 
this list.
