[NFB-Muslims] A new member

Hi Ronza,

Believe it or not, you are one of the reasons I am now a very happy Muslim.
My daughter became a Muslim in March of last year and seeing how happy she
is and how she now lives her life, got me interested.  Then someone posted
from an all faith's group only things on Christianity.  You mentioned that
they had nothing for Muslims in there, so it got me looking around and
reading.  That was what did it for me.  My daughter peaked my interest and
without knowing it, you got me searching and reading and alhamdulillah, I am
here.  I would love to know any websites you may know of that are great, or
anything like that.  Any audiobooks I could benefit from.  Thank you Lady
President.  I am eternally grateful.

Wow, Lina, welcome and congratulations!  Welcome to the group, and I'm so
delighted to find you here.  As you likely know, I'm your state President in
Maryland, and I'm really looking forward to getting to know you better.  I
had no idea you were reverting to Islam.  We're a small but active group of
NFB Muslims here in Maryland, and we're delighted to have you among us.  My
oldest sister is Lina, and it is such a beautiful name.

Hello all,

My name is Debbie, but I now go by Lina.  I converted to Islam on January 9,
2023.  I am a mom of 21-year-old twin daughters.  I live in Baltimore
county, and I am blind in my right eye, but I do have a little vision in my
left eye.  I am happy to have found this group.  I've been a member of the
NFB for only around 3 years or so.  I look forward to participating.
