Salaamualaykum brothers and sisters,
For NLS Bard you can search by Islam and find many books.
I know most are not the kind we want but if you look there are many books which will give you some idea of fasting and other rituals.
Also Audible has one book The Sealed Nectar which is the life of the profit Mohammed (PBUH)

salaams, I think Yaqeen has something on fasting. I can try and look, I can 
try to make it accessible because none  of their materials are in accessible 
pdf format so they are so behind the times.
