Hi, very glad to hear from you. Sorry about your power problems. We only 
lost power for about 2 hours, midnight to 2 am.

We are both doing well.

The board meeting was OK. Nothing was totally settled, but since then phone 
calls and emails have resolved most of the remaining problems.

We will have a much abbreviated state convention on May 15 at an 
undetermined site. More news will follow.
