[Nfb-new-hampshire] access to TV

To Whom it May Concern
Please keep all future TV and TV like appliances accessible to blind users. I need to be able to go to an appliance store and buy such a TV off the shelf, and not to have to special order a substandard model from the factory. I need to be able to tune in a TV, and get the Descriptive Video Service without sighted help.
