As is usually the case, legislation is difficult to track.  So it has been
with HB98.  Today I was actually able to meet with Representative Salazar.
He spent some time with Nancy and me to explain that amendments have been
added.  He was confident that the amendments would only strengthen the bill
as they were suggested by the Secretary of State and are all election
related issues.  After clearing the Senate side it will return to the House
to approve the amendments.
