The ship has sailed and there’s no going back – Aira is free to use every day, everywhere. 

That’s right, every day you can make short calls to Aira agents for free. So, whenever you’re doing those short, daily tasks where a little extra information can save you a lot of time, we’ve got you covered. 

In case you missed the initial announcement, here are some key things you should know.

There’s no catch

So long as the call is relatively quick (5 minutes), it’s free! Just make sure you have the latest version of the app on your phone. As this is an early version of the service, we ask for some patience if you come across any hiccups along the way, or if we end up making some minor tweaks further down the line. We’re so excited to get this out into the world that we just couldn’t wait any longer! 

Who can use Aira for free?

Anyone who has an Aira account (regardless if they’re on a plan or not) and resides in a country where Aira provides full service. These countries include USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

If you don’t pay for a plan

You can now make short calls to Aira agents for free, every day and everywhere. You’re no longer limited to using Aira in just Access Locations or with Access Offers (although those are still great to use if you want to do something that takes more than 5 minutes, like shopping at a Walgreens).

If you pay for a plan

The first 5 minutes of every call is free, so now you can use your plan minutes for doing anything that may take more time. 

Help spread the good news 

Go ahead and forward this email to anyone and everyone that can benefit from using Aira for free. Post this email to your favorite forum, talk about us on social media, and speak to anyone who’ll listen to you about how Aira is free – which should be easy because come on, who doesn’t like free stuff?

The best way to learn is to do! First, make sure you have the latest version of the Aira app on your phone. Then connect with an agent, you can ask all your questions and it won’t cost you a thing.
