I am pleased to announce that Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has issued the
2019 White Cane Safety Day proclamation. The proclamation declares October
15 as White Cane Safety Day, and  takes note of the rights and abilities of
persons who are blind or visually impaired.   The proclamation is attached
in PDF and text formats.
