[NFB-NM] become a NFB member

This is Audrey Haydu It been a while I want to become a NFB member but I'm not able to attend the ABQ and West Masa chapters do to a work conflict. I am planning on going to the National convention in July. Let me know what I need to do thanks Audrey, stay safe
