Life Skills Assistant
 
Provides individual and group guidance, relative to developing independent
life skills and post-graduation preparedness for blind, visually - or
multiple impaired students.  Provides intense instruction in all areas of
daily living and Expanded Core Curriculum.  High School diploma/GED and NM
Public Education Department Level 3 licensure will be required.
Background/experience in working with visual/multiply-impaired students and
woodworking skills are preferred.  Will be required to become Braille
proficient.  Full-time, 9-month position.  Applications accepted until
