[NFB-NM] Apple Watch fundraiser

Greetings NFBNM family, this year our affiliate fundraiser is a raffle for
an Apple Watch Series 9, a $699.99 value! 
It has a Graphite Stainless steel case with a Graphite Milanese band, so
that you can be rocking the town!
Ticket sales began at the National Convention in Orlando, Florida and will
continue until we run out of tickets. 
They are $5.00 each or 5 tickets for $20.00.
The winning ticket will be drawn at our State Convention on October 26,
2024, and you do not need to be present to win.
Proceeds for this fundraiser will be used for scholarships to send a student
and their parent to the 2025 National Convention in New Orleans.  Your
