Topic: On "Charles Benet Syndrome", how it affects individuals with
blindness.

I pledge to participate actively in the efforts of the National Federation
of the Blind: to achieve equality, opportunity, and security for the blind.
To support the policies and programs of the Federation: and to abide by the
Constitution.

The National Federation of the Blind advances the lives of its members and
all blind people in the United States. We know that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future . Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. Our collective power, determination,
and diversity achieve the aspiration of all blind people.

12. New Business

a. Registration for NFB New Mexico State Convention is now open. 

b. Vote on San Juan Chapter Stipend amount for members that are attending
and not sponsored by other means such as the Commission for the Blind
Vocational Rehabilitation. Also considering our Chapter mirrors the criteria
of the State Attendence Stipend for the NFB State Convention 2025 in
October.

c. What type of items would our group like to donate to put into the bags in
our chapter fundraiser.

d. Philosophy segment: (we will not be doing this portion for this month so
we can give our guest speaker more time)
