[NFB-NM] Action Auction Announcement and Invitation

It is the National Federation of Blind of New Mexico Convention time and the Auction Committee is excited to invite you to help with donations for the Action Auction and Silent Auction. To prepare the donation items for auction, please send pictures, descriptions, and estimated price of the item and whether for the Action or Silent Auction by October 11 to mlhooee at yahoo.com. For smaller items, place them in a bag or other container to keep them together. If you are unable to take pictures or send a description, bring your donation with you to the Convention and we will make a description of the item. I will be available beginning October 22 at the hotel to accept donations.
We also need help preparing the items for auction at the Convention hotel. We will need someone to make descriptions in braille and others to sort the items. If you have a desire to volunteer, you can contact me at the email above or at 505-870-0339.
The members of the NFB of New Mexico have been great at supporting the work of the NFB while having fun. Let us keep the ball rolling by supporting the Auction.
