The President of the National Federation of the Blind White Sands Chapter, Mr. Larry Hayes passed away today at 12-30 P.M.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"'>A memorial service will take place later.
