It is always important for us to remain active and healthy. There are various opportunities to achieve this although it may seem difficult or even impossible to do so. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Join the August 15gh Creating Options and join with others who are sharing similar concerns. You may bring any problems or issues to this group. Friends and family members are welcome during these open discussions. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Creating Options is facilitated by Nancy and Don Burns who have had years of experience in working in such groups.
