Together we STRIVE every day to provide the education, resources, and opportunities to people with disabilities and those that interact with them to empower a more inclusive society for all! Through our ARISE (Adaptive Recreation Inspiring Vitality & Empowerment), BE-REAL (Believing in Everyone Revealing Exceptional Abilities & Leaders), and our SEED (Safety Education & Empowering Defense) national programs utilizing our Peer-to-Peer approach to support STRIVE4You is making life changing impact. We sincerely hope you will continue that support of STRIVE4You by participating in our “MAY FIVE, DONATE TO STRIVE” fundraising campaign as part of this year’s BIG PAYBACK! <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">STRIVE4You IS PARTICIPATING IN THE 2021 BIG PAYBACK! <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">This annual 24-hour day of giving, The Big Payback, is returning on Wednesday, May 5! The fun starts at 6:00 PM and continues until 6:00 PM on May 6. STRIVE4You is excited to participate and join in on the fundraising event that unites Middle Tennessee and supporters from around the country each year. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">The Big Payback, hosted by The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, is a community-wide giving day which shines a spotlight on LOCAL nonprofits giving and motivates Middle Tennessee to “give back” to nonprofits in a big way. Though this event is based in middle TN, people, like you, from around the country can donate as well, helping to build our national impact. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">This 24-hour online giving event helps organizations like STRIVE4You raise funds and bring awareness to pressing needs in all our communities. It is also the prime time of year to give, because every gift you make could be boosted<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">by cash prizes. Throughout the event there is contests that can help boost your gift such as the most donations in an hour, or the most unique donors. In 2021, we are setting our sights on reaching $15,000 raised during the giving day. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Your gift is an investment into the future of a person with a disability as they participate in adaptive recreation & sports, learn skills for self-advocating for themselves, and gain essential confidence to further their education or return to the workforce. You will also be investing into the communities they play & live as STRIVE4You trains professionals and the public on how to positively interact with a person with a disability and on how to create a more inclusive society for everyone! Each one of us has a responsibility in this mission and just a small contribution can truly make a difference!<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">It is clear to see the impact of The Big Payback.
