NM SILC works closely with all CILs in New Mexico and is conducting this survey. You may or may not know about New Mexico Centers for Independent Living or CILs. There are 5 CILs across New Mexico. Some of these CILs have offices in multiple towns. CILs are non-profit organizations that provide services and support to people with all types of disabilities. They believe that people with disabilities can live, work, and participate fully in their communities and be in charge of their own lives.
