Albuquerque\u2019s Sun Van service is a lifeline for independence, but right now, it is failing our community. Over the last five weeks, software glitches in the new
<b>ABQRideGo app</b> have randomly not honored confirmed trips and "marooned" passengers\u2014leaving them with no way to get home. Additionally, the software does not allow for apartment or unit numbers in the address field, which may lead to passengers being unnecessarily
no showed by drivers.</p>
