[Nfb-of-delaware] New List for VAGDU

I am pleased to be able to announce that the Virginia Association of 
Guide Dog Users, VAGDU, now has its own Internet mailing list on NFBNET.ORG.

This list is a forum to allow members of the Virginia Association of
Guide Dog Users a platform to discuss legislation, rights and
responsibilities, and division efforts.
