Thank you for sharing this with us.  I am sorry to hear about this health
challenge for MJ.  I am glad to hear that the prognosis is good.  I will
keep MJ and Ethel in my prayers.  Please let us know if they need anything.

Good Afternoon Federation Family,

 

Ethel Maull asked me to share the news that our friend and board member,
Mary Jo Baynum, suffered a heart attack yesterday and is currently in the
ICU. Ethel says MJ is alert and feeling much better, but a stent has been
put in place and she will still require a great deal of care when she
finally comes home. If things continue to go as planned, she will be
transferred from the ICU to a regular room later today. So, though she's not
out of the woods yet, the prognosis certainly looks good.

 

I don't believe MJ feels up to talking just yet, but I'm sure Ethel would
appreciate calls and support. Since she doesn't have email, I will
communicate anything I hear from her. In the meantime, please keep MJ in
your thoughts and prayers as she continues to recover.
