The banquet caterer has informed us that these items are gluten-free: salad (croutons will be available on request), vegetable soup (however it is cooked in a chicken stock), the chicken with Vidalia onion sauce, the sliced roast beef (gravy on request), roasted potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
