<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060">The Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC) is a national non-profit that has been assisting victims of identity crimes at no cost since 1999.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060">In past years, the ITRC has received <a href="https://ovc.ojp.gov/funding/awards/2018-v3-gx-k050">grant funding</a> to understand identity crime-related concerns faced by the blind
and low-vision communities. Identity crimes include scams and fraud that ask for personal information, information compromised in a data breach, and having accounts taken over or new accounts being set up using individuals' personal information without permission.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060"> </span></u><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060">The ITRC would like to offer free identity crime education/training and assistance and is interested in learning about any challenges blind and low-vision individuals face when
