We are pleased to tell you that DVI will host an art exhibition in our main building featuring the remarkable work of artist Trebs Thompson. Trebs, who is visually impaired, is a glass and found objects artist from Newark, Delaware. She has been sharing her
narrative through her art for a long and will be showcased in her first solo show titled “A New Day.” This exhibit has been made possible through a grant from of an Individual Arts Fellowship from the State of Delaware, which she utilized to dedicate six weeks
at Salem Glass College to study lost wax casting. Many of the pieces in this exhibition are a result of that experience. We will hold two openings for the art show on November 8th and November 15th, from 3:30 to 6:00 PM. If you are interested in attending,
