[Nfb-or] orabs meeting in portland

I believe that joseph is restricted to coming to portland to fridays and
maybe another day but i will let him answer that.  I know that for me, I
will be leaving portland friday the 8th in the afternoon and would like to
be able to meet with you guys.  1-2 is also agreeable for me.
