I spoke with someone from Senator Vicky L. Walker's office.  The path for
Hb2834 is as follows now.

Not that it has passed the full Ways and Means Committee, it will go first
to the House floor to be voted upon, and then sent to the Senate floor for a
vote.  Because it is a monies appropriation, Ways and Means passes those,
and they don't go to committee in the Senate.  So this bill could be passed
fairly quickly.

Don't know, what the house schedule is, but will look on the website.
