[Nfb-or] Your State Convention

Alena:

Actually, I live in Vancouver, Washington. In fact, I am president of
the NFB of Washington. Ergo, I don't live in Corvallis. I was just
thinking of attending the NFB of OR convention. However, Cottage Grove
is a wee bit far. Ah well.

Unfortunately, most of the persons I know in the Corvallis area are
either already in NFB or have moved elsewhere. Perhaps Don Mitchell of
our Clark County chapter who attended the Oregon School for the Blind
might have some recruiting contacts for you. His email is
donmi at comcast.net.

Good luck!

Mike

Mike,

Cottage grove is about 15 miles south of eugene on I5. I too live in
Corvallis, and I know another Mike that lives here too. Do you know
anyone else in the area. Mike and I are considering starting a local
chapter.
