Here is a resolution for you, Joseph. BTW, I don't know when you'll be
submitting resolutions, but here it goes:

Whereas, the State Legislature voted to close the Oregon State School For
the Blind this past summer,

And, whereas, the blind- and visually-impaired citizens of the state of
Oregon, by closing down the Oregon State School for the Blind will
encounter many trifling problems from school districts,

And, whereas, the National Federation of the Blind of Oregon, the
American Council of the Blind of Oregon will keep fighting for the right to
have a sound, structured plan, reopening OSB for its beloved blind citizens
who are blind, visually-impaired, or multiply-impaired,

And, whereas, each organization will begin litigation procedures to see
to it that OSB reopens in time for September, 2010.

Be it resolved, on (insert your date here,) the National Federation of
the Blind of Oregon calls upon the Oregon State Legislature to reconsider.
Be it further resolved, that a coalition of past, present, and future
alumnae of the Oregon State School for the Blind to decisively take swift,
immediate legal actions necessary, so that children learn Braille,
orientation/mobility, and other skills necessary, so that all children of
OSB will come out of OSB, contributing to the citizenry of the state of
Oregon, and the United States of America.

Respectfully Submitted: Eric Calhoun

I need a copy of the resolution, please.
