Details on the Gelser nomination.

Per the Library of Congresses' "Thomas" database that keeps track of
presidential nominations:

http://thomas.loc.gov/home/nomis.html

Nomination: PN1302-111
Date Received: December 17, 2009 (111th Congress)
Nominee: *Sara* A. *Gelser* , of Oregon, to be a Member of the
National Council on Disability for a term expiring September 17,
2011, vice Patricia Pound, term expired.
Referred to: Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions

Legislative Actions

*Floor Action:* December 17, 2009 - Received in the Senate and
referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.

Organization: National Council on Disability

And the site for the "HELP" committee:

http://help.senate.gov/

I thought this was a subcommittee but I gather it's actually a full
committee. You can write your Senators and both the committee chair
(Tom Harkin D-IA) and the ranking minority member (Michael Enzi R-
WY). There is also and address just for the committee :
help_comments at help.senate.gov

Thanks,
