Unless Dave Andrews is reading this list actively, nobody here can 
make the change for you.  You can change it for yourself by visiting

There you can either subscribe the new address and unsubscribe the 
old, or use your list password to go in and change the subscribed 
address.  I usually just subscribe the new, then unsubscribe the old.
