It would appear that this bill will die in the Ways and Means Committee.
One can hope anyway.
This is the bill to restrict what can be sold in vending machines at public
buildings. It was amended to create a "super committee" to study the whole
issue but was sent to Ways and Mean on 4/25 and has not yet been assigned
to a sub-committee.
I know the NFB of Oregon is official neutral on this bill but I also know
many blind vendors are not.
