[NFB-Oregon-Announce] 2025 Student Scholarship Program

Each year at its State Convention in the fall, the National Federation of the Blind of Oregon (NFB of Oregon) awards scholarships to recognize achievement by blind scholars residing in Oregon. In 2025 up to four scholarships at a minimum of $3,000 each will be awarded. These may include the Joseph E. Weston scholarship and the Len Hannon Scholarship, (named for a former leader in the Oregon State Legislature, and friend of the NFB of Oregon) may be awarded to an individual who has been a scholarship winner in the past and continues to make a difference in the lives of blind people.

NFB of Oregon Student Scholarships are funded in part by the Lillian S. Edelstein Trust.

Please note - the scholarship application and supporting documentation must be completed and received not later than September 1, 2025.
