[NFB-Oregon-Announce] State convention

Hello Federation Family,



We will be celebrating 55 years of being an affiliate of The National Federation of the Blind. You can now  register for Stake Convention at https://nfb-oregon.org/state-convention. It will be held at The Hilton  Garden Inn, the weekend of October 24th to October 26, 2025in Beaverton, Oregon. Our National Rep will be Pam Allen and her husband Roland Allen.



The adjenda is on the website and you will see that you will need to contact the hotel to  reserve your room. If you register by October 3rd, you can get 10$ off of the meal package. The on-line registration will be closing on October 15,2025. IF you need some financial assistance to attend the convention, you will need to either contact your Chapter President or myself by October 3rd.



We will be having many amazing breakout sessions on Friday and Satuday to choose from. We will be having an auction and door prizes, so please bring any items to donate  for this cause. We will be celebrating The Blind Equality Achievment Month (BEAM) by walking The Green Briar.



This will be a great time for us to unite as an affiliate and celebrate 55 years of resiliency and lving the lives we want. I hope to see all of you there.
